I’m Ana, a Service and Interaction Designer living in London. 

Using Service Design thinking methodologies I strive to design meaningful, purposeful and holistic experiences, for users and providers, that consider the whole system’s touch-points including the brand, goods, services, and technologies.

In the design process, I love connecting the dots in between research to find a strategic path through the discovery of insights. I enjoy collaborative environments where a diverse team of thinkers and doers create greater ideas from combined concepts
